In order to have transparency and quality checking on the work executed by the contractor a new methodology is adopted. Every month the bills which are proposed for payment will be listed in the website. It will give the details regarding the ward no., work description and bill amount.

The details will be available on the website from 15th to 25th of every month. Any citizen is free to make the inspection of the said work and in case there is any accusation of the quality of work for the bill raised and work is not done then he/she may file the complaint on below mentioned telephone nos round the clock. |

On receipt of such complaints the concerned officer will verify the complaint. Only after verification, the bill will be passed for payment. If the complaint is found to be true necessary action will be taken against the contractor and the concerned engineer.

The following conditions apply while the complaints are filed

The complainant shall be a registered NGO having office in particular ward or a Resident Welfare association of that ward.
- In case of individual, the complainant shall be supported by at least 3 citizens and their telephone nos. shall be submitted to the control room.

If any false complaint is found then further complaint from the said NGO or citizen will not be taken and also necessary legal action will be initiated against false complainants.

Please note that the last date for registering the complaints is 25th of every month.
