Payment Policy Rules |
- Pending bills are categorized mainly into,
- Old Bills(i.e.Before 01-June-2004)
- New Bills (i.e After 01-June-2004)
- These different categories of bills are around 1100 to 1300 in numbers.
- On an average Rs 250 lacs is paid every month
- Payments are made only through Nationalised Banks(State Bank of Mysore Hubli,Bank of Baroda Dharwad).
- Every month around 200 to 300 bills payments are made as per the seniority
- For development fund & DC grant fund, the separate bank accounts are maintained. In order to submit the utilization certificate payments from these funds are made as and when bills are recieved.
